Introducing Bragg Your Pattern

A wonderful community of Australian scientists from IUCr 2023 have created Bragg Your Pattern to provide fun and free STEM experiences to the general public.

Bragg Your Pattern will be offering a kaleidoscope of activities relating to patterns and crystals for everyone to enjoy, especially kids! We start with our Online Pattern Competition kicking off this National Science Week, Saturday 13 August. We want kids to get inspired by patterns around them and submit their pattern artwork for the chance to win an awesome prize pack and have their artwork featured at an international event.

A full teacher resource is in the works and will be released very soon.

So welcome, have a wander through our website and keep coming back as we will be updating regularly with more pattern-related goodness.
